(1)  It's your SUMMER 2025 Roster that plays
(2)  There can be NO CHANGES to that Roster
(3)  At least 3 players must show up AND PLAY in order to receive any cash payout

With the new bylaws and playoff structure we have in place this year, the number of teams participating in the Tri-Annuals has increased by a lot.  Bank Shot was already bursting at the seams hosting all of the 9ball Tri-Annuals and it was only a matter of time before we were going to have to make some changes anyway.  Rather than adding a weekend of tournaments each session, we have moved the Virginia 9ball Tri-Annuals to Revolution in Fairfax on the same weekend as the 8ball Tri-Annuals. We are staggering round times as much as possible to hopefully avoid conflicts between common players and formats.  ALSO AND MORE IMPORTANTLY - WE ARE QUALIFYING MORE TEAMS EACH SESSION INTO THE WORLD QUALIFIER FOR BOTH FORMATS!  WE WILL NOW HAVE 12 WINNERS EACH SESSION PER FORMAT!  We will evaluate this situation every session to make sure this new model still fits and makes sense, so its possible that it will change again.
